Jasper 7’s 2007

A full bus left from the Crown & Anchor on Friday evening with 6 off of the Women’s team and the rest of the seats filled by an energetic bunch from the Centaur’s Mens Team. Off to Jasper yet once again to play 7’s, not the Centaurs forte. This go around things finally worked out in the Centaur’s favor.

After narrowly losing the first game, the Centaurs came around the backside to with the Plate Championship three games later. The gang worked together well for the first outdoor run against real teams of the season. There were some very big hits, and some pretty moves on display. The Centaurs won the Championship game versus a spirited team from St. Albert to bring home our first hardware ever from Jasper.
