Greetings all and welcome to 2010 and another year of rugby in Grande Prairie. Indoor training starts Feb 2 at 8:30 pm for 90 mins. Maude Clifford School. That is the new school on the north side of Crystal Lake. Gear is running shoes and gym strip. Early focus will be on fitness, laws of the game, and basic skills.

Whether you are new to the game or an experienced player looking to return we welcome you to the club. The season will start in May with Practices Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm. Games are typically on Saturdays.
